Development of mindset “shift” grid that allowed customer-facing teams to plot current mindsets, practise and access situations and determine what strategic actions to take
Development of messages and evidence to support strategic actions and discussions with HCPs and payers
Design and roll out of country team workshops to ensure integration with existing local planning
