- Analysis of market research and customer-team interviews to identify current mindset and practice of payers and HCPs and access barriers to market growth
- Development of mindset “shift” grid that allowed customer-facing teams to plot current mindsets, practise and access situations and determine what strategic actions to take
- Development of messages and evidence to support strategic actions and discussions with HCPs and payers
- Design and roll out of country team workshops to ensure integration with existing local planning
