Increasing personalised treatment in a rare disease
Insocius initiated a strategic planning process to increase use of a patented web-based personalisation app for use alongside a market-leading therapy.
Our work included:
Mapping the HCP and patient journey to identify barriers and accelerators to using the application
Convening a global/regional/country cross-functional implementation group to set targets for uptake of the app and implementation via an action plan
Creation of a simple diagnostic process diagram for country teams to guide analysis of uptake challenges
Development of country action plans with guidance on resources, budget, governance and success criteria
