Securing organisation alignment to a new corporate brand
Insocius embedded a new brand framework and guidelines across a global pharmaceutical company.
Our work included:
- Development of tone of voice guidelines alongside brand purpose, attributes, and values; annotated example resources to support integration into presentation and written materials
- Design of company narrative with proof points and mobilisation of external and internal channel owners to support pull through
- Development of resources for site and business unit leadership teams to stimulate discussion about how the brand should live and be evidenced; including brand alignment continuous improvement
